Colliers: 25 Predictions in Commercial Real Estate in 2014

Colliers has issued their 2014 Global CRE forecasts, covering regions including Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, Canada and the USA.  The reports identifies “Key insights and trends impacting the world of commercial real estate in the year ahead.”

Meanwhile, investors driven, in part, by expected changes in U.S. economic policy, will be active in seeking out opportunities in new markets in what is becoming an increasingly competitive landscape.
